The other technologies that we all rely on in our working day can consume a great deal of time.  We know that our customers want a seamless set up and reliable service, getting the infrastructure right is key from Wifi, to integrated Access Control to meeting room AV all needs to run smoothly.  The challenge in a flexible workspace is we do not manage or own the end user devices and so the infrastructure has to be robust to support all users and devices in the most frictionless manner.   We still believe there is a benefit to cabled internet solutions along with Wifi and a good comms room design can simplify the set up process and reduce any mistakes.

Compliance

From GDPR to Anti Money Laundering Resolutions, we can support you through the legislation and how you can implement training, policies and operating procedures for complete peace of mind. 

Due to the increase in fraud the importance of compliance is only going to increase the Anti Money Laundering Resloutions (AML) from both HMRC and Trading Standards are stringent and complex.  We have designed a set of policies and procedures that we adapt to your business and people.  We have developed interactive practical training to help you understand your obligations and incorporate managing them into your daily life.

Analytics and Reporting

Change Management

We believe any new system implementation is a change project, for a new system to be adopted and achieve the intended business management a full review of the how and what your people do around that system and the processes that accompany that.

As all our team have worked for operators in the flexible workspace sector we approach change in a very practical way, we know the critical business activities that need to take place each day, contracts, meeting rooms, billing and as important maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

We will map out your current processes and identify pain or blockage points and use the new technologies or adapt process to help streamline the manual actions in managing your customer journeys.  For the benefits of any system change to be realised the teams must adopt it, involving them in the process is key.  We have developed what we call ‘Practical Onboarding’ which is worlds apart from system implementation and training but a holistic joined up process to increase the adoption and benefits.
